Was told an hour and a half wait call after two hours for ETA, was told they tech had left 15 minutes ago an hour later still not here. I'm 15 miles away. Not the first time I've been left sitting by Loves for hours for no reason.
Good overall. Shower and lot were good. Price for fuel is why I'm willing to pay for a shower rather than get one for 'free' after paying inflated diesel prices!!!!! I'm sure Love's and pilot could do a lot better!!!
Loves road service is horrible
Three mechanics on duty and no trucks in the bay, yet they said it would be 2 hours before they can get to me. One of the mechanics had to leave for a road call and I guess the other two are just lazy. One of them being the shop manager. I guess repairing tires is below his duties as a maintenance mechanic manager. Also, they only have three showers working. smh I'm sure corporate will be interested and how this store is being managed.
Worst Loves Travel Center I have ever stopped at. Dirty, squeegees for windshield are falling apart, no cleaner for windshield, trash everywhere. Bathroom smells like urine, no toilet paper in the stalls. This place gives Loves Corporation a bad name.
I haven't been over the road for several years. Previously I used to use Flying J religiously. My company has Loyalty cards with loves so I go here. They are every bit as good as I remember the J. Clean facilities good showers good service
