I called to make an appointment. Lady who answered the phone was very rude when she picked up the phone. She cut me off mid-sentence and put me on hold and never came back. Definitely not giving this place my business.

Truly dislike this vet clinic. Been there many times but my family and I have finally stopped going. Always walked away thinking they were rude. Will never go back. Sitting with a very sick cat for two hours, feeling totally ignored was the last straw. We were never seen, and the cat died.
I have been going here for 7 plus years now. The staff has always been very welcoming and friendly every time I go. I have never had any issues. The doctors are always very knowledgeable and fix any illnesses that my babies have had. My 165 lb big baby had heart worms at one point they treated him with extra care and gave me a very affordable price. They are an amazing team!!
